1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for digital content (in particular 3D models) that are initiated or executed through this website or through linked sales platforms (e.g., Etsy).

3. Contract Conclusion
Product representations do not constitute a legally binding offer. The contract is concluded by acceptance of the order on the respective sales platform or by express acceptance.
4. Prices and Payment
The prices displayed at the time of ordering apply. Payment is processed through the payment methods offered by the sales platform.
5. Provision of Digital Content
Digital products are provided as a download or via digital activation after successful payment. No physical goods are shipped unless expressly stated.
6. Usage Rights
Purchase grants a simple, non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use for private or individually agreed purposes. Sharing, reproduction for distribution, sublicensing or resale of digital files is not permitted without express consent.
7. Warranties and Liability
Statutory warranty provisions apply. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law; exceptions are damages resulting from injury to life, body or health.
8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Austrian law applies, excluding conflicts of law rules and the UN Sales Convention. Consumers are also subject to mandatory consumer protection laws of their habitual residence.
