Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

1. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Thomas Feichtinger, Segerwiesen 12, A-5203 Koestendorf, E-Mail: t.f.thoroger@gmail.com) of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw the contract, we will refund all payments to you without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal, unless there are statutory grounds for exclusion.

3. Early Expiry for Digital Content

For contracts for digital content not supplied on a physical data carrier, the right of withdrawal expires if

• performance of the contract has begun,
• you have expressly consented to the early commencement, and
• you have acknowledged that by doing so you lose your right of withdrawal.

This applies in particular to immediately provided downloads of digital files.
